Payments & Pricing Policy
This policy explains prices, payment methods, payment security, failed transactions, COD and refunds.
Prices and charges
The product price, discounts, applicable taxes, shipping and other compulsory charges are shown on the product/cart/checkout flow as applicable before you place an order. Optional charges are only added when selected or otherwise clearly disclosed.
Payment methods
Available methods are those presented by WooCommerce and the enabled payment providers at checkout. They may include UPI, cards, other online methods and Cash on Delivery where available for the order/address. Availability can change for security, serviceability or provider reasons.
Payment security
Online payment credentials are entered into the relevant payment-provider flow. Kumar Shoes does not ask customers to send a card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP by phone, email or WhatsApp. Never share those secrets with anyone claiming to be our staff.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, keep the payment reference and contact us. Some failed authorisations are automatically reversed by the bank/payment provider. If a duplicate confirmed payment is identified, we will investigate and initiate the appropriate refund.
Cash on Delivery
COD, when offered, is subject to checkout eligibility and carrier/serviceability conditions. Please provide a reachable phone number and accept the shipment when delivery is attempted.
Refunds and chargebacks
Approved refunds are processed as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Card/UPI/bank dispute or chargeback rights are governed by the relevant payment provider and applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate quickly, but doing so does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
