Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy explains serviceability, shipping charges, tracking and what happens when a delivery is delayed, damaged or cannot be completed.
Where we deliver
We ship to serviceable Indian pin codes using available logistics partners. A shipping method may be unavailable when a carrier cannot service the destination or the particular shipment.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are calculated by WooCommerce using the current store rules and are displayed before you place the order. The website currently promotes free delivery on eligible orders of ₹999 or more; the checkout amount and method shown for your address are the final shipping offer for that order.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Available delivery estimates depend on stock, destination, carrier capacity, weather, holidays and other logistics conditions. Tracking/estimated-delivery information shown after dispatch is an estimate unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.
Tracking your order
Where tracking is available, we may send a shipment reference or tracking link by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through your account/order details. Carrier scans can take time to update after pickup.
Address changes and failed delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Once a shipment is handed to a carrier, changes may not be possible. Repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal may cause a shipment to be returned to origin.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If a parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or an item is missing, contact us promptly with the order number and useful photos/video of the parcel and product where available. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Delays
If a shipment is materially delayed, contact our customer care team. A delay outside our reasonable control does not remove any remedy available to you under applicable consumer law, particularly where a stated delivery commitment is not met.
