We aim to describe products accurately. Screen colours and packaging can vary slightly, and manufacturer specifications may change. Availability is subject to stock confirmation. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices, taxes and promotions

Prices and applicable charges are shown on the website/checkout. Promotions and coupon codes can have eligibility, validity and usage conditions. If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs before dispatch, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation records your request to buy. An order may still be cancelled/refunded if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud/security checks fail, delivery is not serviceable or a material listing error prevents fulfilment. We will communicate material changes using the contact details supplied with the order.

Delivery

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligible footwear is covered by our 7-day easy-return/exchange policy, subject to the conditions on the Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in our voluntary policy limits remedies available for goods that are defective, spurious, wrongly supplied, materially not as described or otherwise protected by applicable consumer law.

Warranty and guarantee information

Where a product carries a manufacturer warranty or guarantee, the applicable details/conditions should be stated on the product listing, packaging or accompanying documentation. A warranty is not implied merely because a brand is sold on the website. Manufacturer warranty terms do not replace consumer remedies that apply independently under law.

Intellectual property

The Kumar Shoes name, website design, original text, graphics and other owned content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party brand names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products offered for sale.

Responsibility and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for losses that are indirect or not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. This clause does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. We encourage customers to contact our grievance desk first so issues can be resolved quickly. Any right to approach a Consumer Commission, the National Consumer Helpline or another competent authority remains unaffected.
